I've been working in the industry for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people achieve results and create healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes without having to give up the things they love. I'm a qualified Health Physiologist, Sports Scientist, Personal Trainer and Gymnastics coach.
I believe that there's no one size fits all approach, everyone has different goals, commitments and health concerns that impact on their lifestyle and their ability to make changes. I'm passionate about helping people overcome these, and helping them learn how to enjoy health and fitness in a way that works for them.
I've worked with people who have never exercised in their life all the way up to professional athletes. My specialist areas include helping people manage medical conditions and make lifestyle changes, helping people learn how to lift weights, build muscle and burn fat, and lastly helping people learn gymnastics skills and improve flexibility.
