I've been working in the industry for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people achieve results and create healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes without having to give up the things they love. I'm a qualified Health Physiologist, Sports Scientist, Personal Trainer and Gymnastics coach. I'm also a qualified clinical weight loss coach and eating psychology coach.
I believe that there's no one size fits all approach, everyone has different goals, commitments and health concerns that impact on their lifestyle and their ability to make changes. I'm passionate about helping people overcome these, and helping them learn how to enjoy health and fitness in a way that works for them.
I've worked with people who have never exercised in their life all the way up to professional athletes. My specialist areas include helping women achieve results that work within their lifestyle, helping people learn how to lift weights, build muscle and burn fat, and lastly helping people learn gymnastics skills and improve flexibility.

All of my plans are completely personalised to you. They take into account your work commitments, family, and lifestyle, so that you can ensure the plan will work for you. The workouts can be done at home or in the gym, with or without equipment. The nutrition information also takes into account your nutritional requirements and preferences, and my approach is always non-restrictive so you don't have to give up the things you love.
